1. Enhanced Listings are available geographically, on a "first-come, first-served" basis. We limit the Enhanced Listings tier to one-per-area. Enhanced Listings appear at the top of the results pages, and also include an Agent Profile.



2. Standard Listings are not limited, and are displayed below the Enhanced Listing, and above Free Listings.



3. Free Listings are not limited. If an agent wants a website link included within their Free Listing(s), they are required to include a link back to us from their website. Free Listings are displayed below Standard and Enhanced Listings.



4. Agent information changes over time (ie. contact details, email addresses, photos, etc.). It is the responsibility of members to inform us by email of desired updates. Listing and Profile updates are provided free-of-charge.



5. Members who wish to pay monthly must agree to the Pre-Authorized Payment Agreement (below).



6. We believe in effective marketing, and in order to provide the best level of online and search engine exposure, all our Agent Solutions are twelve month agreements.



7. As in all forms of marketing, results vary, and are not guaranteed. No refunds under any circumstances.

A. “I (we) acknowledge and authorize debits against my (our) credit card or bank account.”

B. “I (we) warrant and guarantee that the person(s) who submitted the Online Application and provided payment information (by phone, fax, electronic or otherwise) are authorized to sign on the account, and have authorized this agreement.”

C. “I (we) hereby authorize SeekanAgent (a division of Cyberscape Marketing Inc.) to draw on my (our) credit card or bank account for the duration of my (our) active membership.”

D. “I (we) undertake to inform SeekanAgent (Cyberscape), in writing, of any change in the credit card or bank account information provided in this Authorization prior to the next due date of the Pre-Authorized Debit.”

E. “Revocation of this authorization does not terminate any contract/agreement for services that exists between you and SeekanAgent (Cyberscape). Your Authorization of the PAP Agreement applies only to the method of payment, and does not otherwise have any bearing on the contact for services being provided.”

F. “A Pre-Authorized Debit may be disputed by a Payor under the following conditions:

1. the PAD was not drawn in accordance with the Payor’s Authorization; or
2. the PAD was drawn following a calendar month from which a membership was cancelled in accordance with the "Member Policy" (above).
